Two ways to be a Business Partner

Most partners sell for vendors directly. A Premier Business Partner does that too — and builds a network of partners underneath them, on the same rails.

Premier networks are live and free to open. Payouts through a network are not built yet — commissions are tracked, and money still moves the way it does today.

Most partners start here

Business Partner

You register deals with the vendors you sell for, and you are paid on what you bring in. Nothing to apply for and nothing to maintain.

  • Register a deal in twenty seconds, no account needed
  • Work with as many vendors as you like
  • One place to see what you have earned across all of them
  • Free, always

For partners who recruit

Premier Business Partner

Everything above, plus a network of your own. You recruit partners, you decide how the commission is split with them, and everything they bring flows through your relationship with the vendor.

  • Invite partners into your network — including people not on MacroBP yet
  • Set the split yourself, per network or per partner
  • You are the vendor's counterparty of record on everything your network brings
  • Claim the vendor relationships you already own

How the money moves

The vendor sets one commission. What happens to it after that is mostly your decision.

  1. 1

    The vendor sets the commission

Say 20% of the sale, as they would for any partner.

  2. 2

MacroBP takes a fee on what flows through

A small percentage, off the top. We are not charging it yet and the rate is not set.

  3. 3

    You receive the rest

As the partner of record, the remaining commission is paid to you.

  4. 4

You split it with your partner

On terms you set. We do not prescribe the split, and we do not take a second cut of it.

Why we stay out of the split

Because your incentive and ours already point the same way. You want more volume through your network; we want a larger base. Telling you how to pay the partners you recruited would only make you recruit fewer of them.

The one rule

A partner you recruited cannot approach a vendor you already work with. Every other vendor on MacroBP stays open to them — including ones another Premier has claimed.

Narrow on purpose. A blanket restriction would protect you and destroy the discovery that makes the directory worth joining, which would cost you the partners you were trying to keep.

Your partners can see which vendors you have claimed from the moment they are invited. A rule someone only discovers by being refused is a rule that costs you the partner.

Claims lapse after 180 days without a deal. A relationship you registered and never used should not be fenced off forever.

What the vendor sees

When a partner in your network registers a deal, you see them immediately. The vendor sees the deal as coming from you, and comes to see your partner too — but as working through you, never instead of you.
